General Pest Control
Our general pest control service is for domestic homes and treats both the inside and outside the dwelling. Pests treated in this service include: Cockies, Redback Spiders, Ants and Silverfish. Areas treated include all skirting boards, kitchen cupboards, roof void, garages small sheds, wheelie bins, outdoor furniture, BBQ, pool motors, letterbox, clothesline and any other area I feel requires treatment.
My Warranty: If an infestation re occurs within 12 months internally and 3 months externally I will return and retreat at not cost to you.
Additional pest treatments include: Fleas, Rats and Mice.

Termite Treatment
Termites are very common in the Brisbane and Redlands City area and cause millions of dollars damage. Termite damage is not covered by normal household insurances and so their effect is disastrous financially. One of my roles is to advise the risk level of a termite infestation on your property and give you the knowledge to reduce the risk of termites destroying your home.
There are two types of treatments that I recommend depending on the unique situation your property is in,
Curative Treatment (put in place to eliminate termites from homes/commercial buildings)
Preventative Treatment (put in place before termites attack your home)
Termite Baiting System. A baiting system consists of a number of termite bait stations applied at 3-meter intervals around the perimeter of the building. The bait stations are checked on a regular basis. When termites are discovered, a non-poison but highly-effective bait is applied. Termites consume the bait and take it back to the nest where it eliminates the whole colony by preventing all termites from growing new skin after molting.
Termite Chemical Barriers. A liquid termidicide is applied around the perimeter of the building by drilling and injecting and trenching. An eight-year $100,000 termite damage repair warranty can be issued subject to site conditions which I will happily explain in person on site. Monitoring can be done by either the home owner or myself with an ongoing service. When the monitoring service is provided by me a $100,000 termite damage repair warranty will apply.
